One agreement can accumulate Salik, parking, and fines. Each charge may appear in a different source system.
Keep related recoveries on one customer and agreement record. The source portals can remain separate.
Automate connected checks
The Tolls & Salik module runs on-demand or pre-settlement checks for connected Dubai and Abu Dhabi toll and parking sources. It attaches returned charges to the agreement and customer.
The module does not run a daily schedule across the full fleet. Keep using the account portals. Coverage depends on data returned by connected sources. Confirm a named source before relying on it.
